Xavier

Xavier graduated from St Andrew’s College, Christchurch in 2020 with excellence endorsed at NCEA Level 3, alongside NZQA Scholarship in English, History and Chemistry. He was an Academic Captain in his final year and also participated in many academic competitions throughout his time at high school, including Future Problem Solving and the World Scholar’s Cup, for which he received top prizes.

Xavier recently graduated from the University of Canterbury with a BA (double majoring in Political Science and European Union studies, with a minor in French) and is currently undertaking a Master’s in International Relations and Diplomacy. He was a recipient of the UC Hiranga Scholarship for Academic Excellence in 2020.

In his free time, Xavier is very busy as the President of UN Youth Canterbury, helping to organise Model United Nations events. He also sings in the Christchurch Youth Choir and is a member of the Jesters’ Youth Company improv troupe at The Court Theatre.

Xavier can assist your child in all levels of NCEA English, History and Music, as well as L1 Science and is a tutor for junior (Yrs 7-10) English, science and mathematics.
